In 1999 the Martin Luther King family brought a civil lawsuit alleging that Dr. King had been killed by a conspiracy.   In thirteen days of testimony over 70 witnesses presented evidence, and the jury rendered a verdict of guilty after one hour of deliberation.

I have digested the 422,000 words of testimony, converting it to a narrative form for easier reading.  I used to do that for a living.  I have grandly dubbed my first edition of the digest “The Scholars’ Edition”.  It is intended to be comprehensive, leaving nothing out.  Supplemental editions will be streamlined for easier reading.  As I have time.
